Vinylize RAMMSTEIN Eyewear
Eyewear made from vinyl records
There are collaborations that feel forced, and then there are those that make immediate sense. Vinylize RAMMSTEIN Eyewear belongs firmly in the second category. One brings a deep understanding of material and transformation, the other a visual language built on discipline, control, and uncompromising identity.
What emerges is not a product placed under a name, but a shared expression of intent.
Where Material Leads the Design
At the core of this collection is Vinylize, the brand that has built its reputation on turning vinyl records into eyewear with purpose. This is not surface-level recycling, but a process rooted in material expertise and precision manufacturing.

For this project, Vinylize takes genuine 12-inch records and reshapes them into frames through small-scale European production, where each step is controlled, refined, and executed with care. The result carries a certain density, both physically and emotionally, a material with history, redefined into something wearable.
RAMMSTEIN’s Visual Code, Reconstructed
Within that material framework, the RAMMSTEIN Eyewear by Vinylize collection introduces a design language that is instantly recognizable. Forms are reduced, angular, and functional, stripped of anything unnecessary. The palette stays close to black, grey, and metal, reinforcing a sense of engineered clarity.

Six models define the collection, each one a clear silhouette, each one built for individuals who don’t rely on decoration, but on presence.
Industrial Identity in Every Detail
The collaboration becomes most visible in the details. The “R” emblem is fixed at the temple, acting as a constant marker. Inside, the typography and layout follow the logic of industrial nameplates, where logo, model name, and serial identification are arranged with precision.
A defining signature comes in the form of the embedded volume-knob element at the temple tip. It’s subtle, but unmistakable, a direct nod to sound, control, and mechanical intensity, interpreted through Vinylize’s material-driven design approach.
Crafted by Vinylize, Defined by Discipline
While the identity is unmistakably RAMMSTEIN, the execution remains firmly in the hands of Vinylize, whose craftsmanship and production standards shape every frame. Each piece is manufactured in Europe under strict specifications, ensuring consistency without losing the tactile quality that defines the material.
The experience continues in the packaging, fully branded and complete with a certificate of authenticity, cleaning cloth, and care card, reinforcing that this is not mass production, but a considered object.
Not an accessory, not merchandise, but a design object shaped by Vinylize, carrying the weight of RAMMSTEIN’s world.
For those who don’t just look, but decide how they see.
About Vinylize
Handmade in Europe since 2004. Vinylize recycles more than 3 tons of vinyl yearly. The history of Vinylize goes back to the early 2000s, when Zack Tipton performed his first experiments with different plastics.
After finding his father's long-forgotten collection of records in the garage, the brand was born. The first frames were made of old vinyl records from the communist era, bargain-hunted at the flea markets of Budapest.
Vinylize is handmade in the heart of Europe from recycled vinyl. Awarded by Red Dot, and Optic For Good, their eyewear combine contemporary style with a distinctive, eye-catching approach.
The brand specializes in upcycling discarded, materials to craft unique, handmade eyewear that is meticulously designed and built with durability in mind, that can withstand the test of time and be enjoyed for years to come.
Since then, Vinylize has entered into collaboration with Motown, Maui Jim, Miles Davis and has designed eyewear for a number of prominent members of the music industry, including AC/DC, Sir Richard Branson, Sir Elton John, Robbie Williams, Mick Fleetwood, Elvis Costello, Shawn Mendes, and Ed Sheeran. The products of the company are marketed all over the globe in over 500 stores.
