EuroShop 2026
Umdasch The Store Makers presents “Colours of Retail”
From 22 to 26 February 2026, Düsseldorf once again becomes the global meeting point for retail innovation as EuroShop celebrates its 60th anniversary.
Here, Umdasch The Store Makers will transform their exhibition space into a fully immersive concept titled “Colours of Retail – Where Experience Meets Efficiency.”
A Stand Designed as a Stage
Conceived by the in-house designers and the Store Consult & Digital Creation teams, the presentation functions as a walk-in reference project. Every element, from materiality and planning expertise to digital touchpoints, is integrated into one coherent narrative.
The façade alone sets the tone. More than 20,000 colourful logo tiles form a four-metre-high visual curtain, creating a striking first impression and signalling that retail today thrives on diversity.
Visitors enter through a festival-inspired gateway enhanced by synchronised LED animations, setting the stage for a journey where ideas, experiences and operational processes interlock seamlessly.

Experience Route: Where Brand Worlds Come Alive
At the heart of the concept lies the Experience Route, dedicated to the emotional dimension of retail.
The “Creation” area opens the journey with a dynamic LED wall, controlled by an interactive button, visualising the entire creative process. From analogue sketches to digital content, it demonstrates how everything is developed under one roof.

Further along, an interactive pink flower meadow invites visitors to move beyond observation and into participation. Oversized floral installations reinterpret brand and store concepts, while digital touchpoints and augmented reality applications encourage visitors to engage, explore and become part of the experience.
Efficiency Route: Structure Behind the Spectacle
Complementing the emotional narrative is the Efficiency Route, focused on practical and scalable solutions for modern retail environments.
Organised radially around a central arrival and information area, ten themed zones illustrate how implementation expertise, structured planning and smart digital integration ensure that visionary concepts can perform in real-world settings.
This dual approach reflects what the retail sector increasingly demands: immersive brand experiences that are supported by operational clarity and measurable efficiency.

Colours of Retail in Motion
With “Colours of Retail,” umdasch The Store Makers positions itself at the intersection of design innovation and implementation precision. The concept underscores that retail success is not about choosing between emotion and efficiency, but about orchestrating both in harmony.
As EuroShop marks six decades of shaping global retail, this immersive presentation stands as a reminder that the future of retail belongs to those who can transform space into story, and story into scalable reality.
