#TheOG: Ep 2 – The Great British Eyewear Show | Cazal, Chrome Hearts & more
Hi my name is Nik and I am a new guest blogger/vlogger to The Eyewear Forum so thank you Maarten for having me.
I am a qualified dispensing optician along with my two brothers Maz and Ant, we own an independent practice in Twickenham, UK called ‘The Optical Gallery’. My team and I have a massive thirst for eyewear fashion and like to take a more modern look on our profession.
Introduction’s out the way, My first post is a vlog on a new trade show we attended at the later part of October in Birmingham. It’s the first time the show was put on by spectacle maker Tom Davies who I feel did a terrific job in organising. Tom managed to get niche brands from the likes of; Cazal, Face A Face, Chrome Hearts and many more which is becoming a direction that many UK opticians are moving towards thankfully!
It was also rewarding as a professional that Tom was able to provide CET points (Continued Educational Training).
