Daisuke S by Bevel Specs
Effortlessly chic in festive colors that capture the season’s elegance and sparkle.
Daisuke S is shown here in Black Carbon/Pistache, a pairing that embodies the season’s elegance and sparkle. The sleek black base offers timeless sophistication, while the golden pistache accents gleam like holiday lights, adding a touch of warmth and glamour to every look.
This naughty cat-eye comes alive in six striking colorways, each as unique and expressive as its wearer. Each colorway tells its own story, ensuring there’s a Daisuke S for every personality and holiday ensemble.
A Mischievous “Evil Cat” with Elegance
Bevel Specs has crowned the Daisuke S as their favorite from this release—a frame affectionately nicknamed the “evil cat.” Crafted from 2mm pure titanium with a dual-color front and temples, it combines striking design with premium materials. The addition of Bevel’s patented beta flex hinge ensures a comfortable fit that’s as functional as it is stylish.
Perfect for Festive Adventures
The Daisuke S is designed to carry you through the season with effortless charm. Its lightweight frame and bold silhouette make it the perfect accessory for any occasion, whether you’re savoring a quiet holiday moment or making a statement at a festive gathering.
Exclusive Style for Individual Spirits
Available at select independent optical retailers, the Daisuke S reflects Bevel’s commitment to individuality and innovation. This frame is more than eyewear—it’s an expression of personality, and in Black Carbon/Pistache, it exudes the perfect balance of subtle mischief and holiday elegance.
This holiday season, let the Daisuke S by Bevel Specs add a touch of golden glamour to your festivities. Bold, refined, and unmistakably chic, it’s the ultimate gift for yourself—or for anyone who dares to embrace a little holiday mischief. 🎄✨
About Bevel Specs
In 1999, Bevel Specs came into existence due to the enterprising spirit of Rick Nelson and Richard Mewha, prompted by the birth of Mewha's first child. Recognizing a unique gap in the market, they nurtured a creative vision, fostered remarkable relationships, and sought to fill that niche. Despite their lack of formal design education, they were motivated by a desire to express their identities, crafting eyewear that was not only stylish and flattering but also inspired by the vibrant hues of the cosmetic world.
Their narrative begins with a deep-rooted respect for Japanese artisans whose pursuit for engineering excellence and innovative design has been a profound influence. Claudio Arena, a charismatic pillar and a wellspring of fascinating idioms, became part of their journey 12 years ago while their companion Rick transitioned into retirement.
Their journey is a testament to resilience, reflecting the grit of many small businesses that learn and grow from their missteps. Despite global uncertainties and contrary advice regarding Lasik or online competition, they remained undeterred, their focus unwavering. Their commitment to personal service, quality, comfort, and an enduring passion for their craft have empowered them to emerge stronger than ever.
They have been a leader in unifying and promoting independent eyewear designers through their event organization of the LOFT NYC and LOFT SF. They are also extremely proud to sponsor charitable causes on a case-by-case basis, donating eyewear to people in need in Tanzania, Guyana, Haiti and more.
