Monoqool Sculpture collection // 3-dimensional design

Taking full advantage of what you can do with 3D printing, Monoqool is launching the ultra-cool Sculpture collection consisting of 4 styles x 4 colors. The 3-dimensional effect varies from the simple rounded edges of the HEALER HE model to the wild and crazy iceberg landscape of the Lovely Rita LR model.

Following a new trend towards more square glasses inspired by the 80s, the 4 styles really are making a strong statement and are enhancing the beauty of the wearer by framing the face in an elegant way.

No screws, no soldering

Monoqool’s 3D printed glasses are all made without any screws. Instead, the company works painstakingly to come up with clever hinges. All frames are made without any soldering but rely on innovation to avoid energy-consuming soldering processes. During the 3D printing, Monoqool re-uses up to 98% of all raw material. All excess raw material is recycled into other usages. Low in weight – High in comfort. Due to the usage of 3D printing and lightweight materials the glasses weigh down to 4 grams and much effort is put into making the glasses the most comfortable you can wear.

At the same time, Monoqool has incorporated small technical details, which makes it easy for the optician to adjust and fit the customers’ specific needs. 5 different nose pads, and multi-adjustable end tips make sure that no customer is left with ill-fitting glasses.
