The sophisticated 00s where the early days where eyewear changed from being equipment to hold lenses in front of ones eyes to fashionable accessories. Fashion never goes backwards, but the inspiration has driven people who are fashion conscious to find designs which are evocative of simpler times. This is very much the case with the WIRED collection by VANNI Eyewear; intertwined coloured lines accentuated by the transparent crystal acetate, like a metaphor for the myriad of connections that make up our lives.
