“I want glitter in my life, because life is better with glitter.” The glitter effect dear to the ready-to-wear brand is invited on this frame to make eyes sparkle. We play with tone on tone to sublimate the feminin elegance and softness. Pink gold sequins on the arches on a plating of the whole frame. Colourless satin varnish at the end of the temples with wiping of the two wings in the inner hollow.

  • SAFILO with « DB 1024»- by David Beckam

These glasses combine vintage and modernity by a precise work on structure and details. The retro effect of this pantos frame is reinforced by a combination of colors (black and ruthenium) and a double rim construction, reflecting the know-how of the collection. Oversized round acetate frame, inspired by the 50’s. By combining a transparence and a havana acetate, the impression of these is sublimated. During the coronavirus lockdown a collaboration between Jean Philippe Joly and Sabine be was born out of an idea posted on the social networks
and a deep sadness in seeing the NY Javits center converted into a makeshift hospital. The dented inside rim is our Earth today who no turns so steadily : AFTER.

The main idea of our project is to give the possibility to the consumer to customize his frames.This innovation is based on a double rim located on the acetate clip,which solve both constraints:to maintain the lens and to be maintained by the titanium rim.In terms of use,we designed this system in the goal to have a perfect clip adaptation,very easy for everyone thanks to the titanium flexibility and the monobloc shape. This innovation opens the door to the customization in the high-end universe.

This concept is inspired by the artistic movement Memphis initiated by Ettore Sottsass in the 1980s. A radical turn of the artistic movements of the time, it is characterised by the use of simple geometrical shapes, in two or three interlocking dimensions, one after the other. It is an assembly of cones, cylinders, cubes pyramids. We have reproduced this type of assembly of shapes on the branch, in combining a prism, a parallelepiped and an cylinder which will be the beginning of the branch.

  • SAARGOS with « QuickSee »

 The QuickSee is the first portable Binocular Autorefractor on the market. It uses wavefront abberrometry technology, coupled with true far vision through the device. This portable autoref, developed at MIT, allows binocular refraction in 10s with an accuracy of around 0.25d vs subjective refraction for 60-70% and 0.5d for 80-90% of adult patients. Beyond its sizes, close to that of a puppillometer, it is an asset for mobile opticians.
