Peoples from Barbados // Colours inspired by the sun and sand

Peoples from Barbados frame designs highlight colours of the sea, the sun and the sand. The Bajan brand by optometrist and boutique owner Alicia Hartman translates these natural elements into chic Caribbean-inspired eyewear for men and women.

In a series of beach images created to evoke the unique textures, colours and natural vegetation of the Caribbean island, the characteristic inspiration of the PFB line is easy to identify.

Model PFB-13

Style PFB-13 has a delicately bevelled or sculpted surface, and a cat-eye inspired shape with soft edges combined with the signature stainless steel temples.

The colour combinations include the stunning lilac tones inspired by a Bajan storm, and a deep red/tortoise combination that combines perfectly with gold stainless steel temples.

Model PFB-03

Luxurious and glam, for city or beach, style PFB-03 has a round eye shape with a delicate lift on the outer rim, recalling the pointed detail of the classical cat’s eye.

Colorways range from black/grey with a matt finish to green/tortoise with smoke
gradient lens.

Model PFB-16

For those who seek an edgy design, style PFB-16 has a statement flat top brow-line
and is an ideal shape for narrow, longer faces. The superb Japanese polishing
techniques give a luxury shine to matt finish.

Colour combinations include a shiny black
tortoise and an eye-catching red/tortoise.

“My handmade frames embody the spirit of the island and my passion for this beautiful place. Every colour and texture, every combination and creative detail has been inspired
by the beauty of Barbados, our culture and our daily life…”

Alicia Hartman, Founder, PEOPLES FROM BARBADOS

All 3 PFB designs can be provided with blue block lenses with AR coatings for computer glare and night driving.
