Amazing German brands // Leinz Eyewear

Leinz eyewear is an independent eyewear brand created by the infamous eyewear designer Beate Leinz from Berlin with fashionable style and personal touch. After designing for various eyewear brands in the past, she was keen to create a completely new aesthetic and produce her own distinctive style under an independent label.

Following on from both a watchmaking and goldsmithing apprenticeship, I completed a university degree in design and art. This led to my yearlong collaborations as a designer for various international eyewear brands.[/perfectpullquote]

When Beate came across the subject of “contrasts and hybrids”, which combines the old with the new, she applied this concept across all aspects of material, form, and manufacturing. After two years of working on the collection’s concept and various technical hurdles and modifications, Beate is extremely thrilled to present the results.
