At today’s TEFdoesLA shoot, Amy is wearing the limited edition model LOIS by Davette’s Lunettes. The California based designer Davette Fournier, creates her eyewear not just around the face, but also around someone’s personal character.
About Davette’s Lunettes
Davette’s inspiration starts with her love for colorful vintage accessories, and is finished with a modern contemporary fit. Designer Davette Fournier states, “I’m simply making eyewear that I love for me… and I love sharing it with people who want pretty things. I focus keenly on women’s accessories with vintage flair, and the intent to capture the beauty of independent women interested in making a lasting impression everywhere they are seen.” Davette’s Lunettes is handmade in France from original dense cotton acetate. We do not apply any varnishes, as all of our frames feature hand polished or tumbled finishes with hand set stones and studs.
Davette’s frames are inspired by women
Each unique frame is named after a woman who has inspired Davette in life, is personally inspected by Davette, and features Davette’s personalized signature for authenticity on the inside temple and 250 limited editions.
This particular version of her Lois shape, is handmade in france out of a checkers acetate, but the more plain colors are fitted with handset Daniel Swarovski stones, cause pretty things want pretty things!
