Clément Gouverneur – Conventus

This egregious 80s inspired frame is the CONVENTUS by Clement Gouverneur. A precise fusion of precious metal with high grade snow-leopard acetate. By combining sobriety and elegance, these models highlight the details of pearled metal circles and bridge. So eighties, yet so today!

Clement Gouverneur is the producer of the most delicate and beautiful frames of this moment, made in one of the oldest French factories still in existence. The company was founded in 1878 by Gouverneur Audigier. The small factory is located in Jura, the French capital of eyewear, where Clement Gouverneur started in 1878. Some machines are as old as the company itself – and still in use. Developed and produced in the factory that has existed for 137 years. That is why the frames are original and iconic masterpieces. Compromise care for details, that’s the difference between good and extraordinary frames. The passion for refined details is also of timeless value for the frames. There is a great appreciation of the beauty of the original masterpieces, made of noble materials such as gold and leather.
