North East Optical Show
The North East Optical Show (NEOS) is scheduled to conduct a one-day event on Sunday, April 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Brighton, MA.
NEOS, focusing on independent collections, utilizes an open-floor design, limiting the number of tables to about 45. Each table can display a maximum of two collections. This approach ensures equal opportunity for all exhibitors, as stated by the event organizers.
The portal for vendor registration is now active at this link. Prospective participants are encouraged to register in order to receive timely notifications regarding future event announcements.
NEOS, a collective of independent sales representatives, was instituted in April 2022, aligning over 50 collections to mutually support each other’s promotion. Following the initial gathering, a two-day exhibition was conducted in March of the current year with a subsequent one-day event in September. The organization has indicated plans for a more extensive two-day event anticipated for spring 2025.

In the wake of the pandemic, the North East Optical Show (NEOS) was established. Initiated as a gathering during these challenging times, it served as a networking platform for two representatives, both proprietors of optical stores.
Their aim was more than just networking—it was to bring a semblance of normality to a radically altered period. As word spread about NEOS, interest surged, and within weeks, it grew from a casual dinner at a restaurant to a large-scale event held at the Renaissance Hotel in Providence, RI, featuring over 50 collections.
This transformation occurred on April 23, 2022. Joanna and Jessica, the founders of NEOS, both represent independent companies and exclusively stock independent collections in their stores.
