Last Sunday 20 and Monday 21 March, participants and visiting opticians enjoyed the new cool location of Bold Optical Fair.
On the Hembrug site in Zaandam, the beautiful stylish buildings of Taets Art & Event park were fully equipped for the 11th edition of Bold Optical Fair. New collections were beautifully presented and there was an opportunity for inspiration, interesting workshops, networking, and of course buying the beautiful glasses. The delicious snacks in the morning and traditional Dutch “bitterballen” in the afternoon were well received by everyone. The first day of the fair ended with the party on Sunday evening at Marcolin, ‘Bubbels & DJ’. The second day it was busier in the morning. It was noticeable that a number of opticians were absent or unsubscribed due to Corona or the flu. With the beautiful spring weather and many positive opticians, it was a great start to the exhibition season at the new location.
