Monoqool is a Danish manufacturer of screwless eyewear with roots in the Scandinavian design tradition. They design, develop and manufacture innovative eyewear solutions with a focus on functionality and ultimate user comfort, as well as minimalism and a stylish look. They manufacture their collections of eyeglasses and sunglasses in ultra-light polyamide powder, developed using state-of-the-art 3D technology. Polyamide powder is poured onto a 3D printer and hardened with a laser beam, and the process is repeated layer-by-layer, until the glasses have reached the desired fit and design. Then the frames are polished and dyed. The result is elegant and ultra-lightweight screwless eyewear with the accent on comfort: a stylish and innovative eyewear solution that not only feels light and comfortable to wear, but is also extremely durable thanks to the sturdy, lightweight materials and the screwless design.
