Monoqool // Rich Girl

At today’s shoot in Sao Paulo, Chantal is wearing Rich Girl, from the new Wire series of the Danish brand Monoqool which name was inspired by the old Hall & Oates hit song. This adorable frame is made with a 3D printed front combined with ultra-fine wires and screwless hinges made with no concern to loose screws, endless tightened procedures or general discomfort. Besides that, the 3D technology also makes the frame ultra lightweight and a bliss to wear.
With Monoqool’s innovative 3D-printed screwless eyewear, the days of heavy glasses frames that break and fall apart are past. At Monoqool they produce eyewear solutions for discerning users who refuse to compromise on comfort or design. 3D-printed screwless eyewear collections, crafted in durable lightweight materials that ensure a high level of comfort and durability.

At OPTI they will launch 4 more styles in the Wire series bringing the total to 12 styles in this new collection. Want to see them all, go check out their booth in hall C1, stand 163

About Monoqool:

Monoqool is a Danish manufacturer of screwless eyewear with roots in the Scandinavian design tradition. They design, develop and manufacture innovative eyewear solutions with a focus on functionality and ultimate user comfort, as well as minimalism and a stylish look. They manufacture their collections of eyeglasses and sunglasses in ultra-light polyamide powder, developed using state-of-the-art 3D technology. Polyamide powder is poured onto a 3D printer and hardened with a laser beam, and the process is repeated layer-by-layer, until the glasses have reached the desired fit and design. Then the frames are polished and dyed. The result is elegant and ultra-lightweight screwless eyewear with the accent on comfort: a stylish and innovative eyewear solution that not only feels light and comfortable to wear, but is also extremely durable thanks to the sturdy, lightweight materials and the screwless design.
