OGI Fall 2026 eyewear
For Fall 2026, OGI turns its attention to metal, giving the material a more expressive role through colour, architectural construction and precisely considered detail.
Metal eyewear has traditionally been associated with restraint: clean lines, technical construction and a certain visual minimalism.
OGI sees room for something more. Its new collection brings some of the personality and emotional character traditionally associated with acetate into metal frames, witho
“We didn’t set out to simply make metal more colorful. We wanted to give it the same emotional resonance we’ve always brought to acetate, to make precision feel more personal, expressive and human.”
Colour Meets Construction
At the centre of the OGI Fall 2026 collection is a series of crisp silver finishes punctuated by hand-painted colour accents. Rather than using colour as decoration, the contrasting details become part of the architecture of each frame, bringing warmth and personality to otherwise precise metal constructions.
Precision-milled flat metal creates bold, graphic silhouettes in which proportion, surface and negative space all contribute to the design. Light and shadow become part of the visual language, allowing relatively restrained shapes to reveal more character as they are viewed from different angles.
It is an approach that feels particularly suited to OGI. Colour has long played an important role within the brand’s identity, and this season extends that philosophy into a material often treated more conservatively.
Three Expressions in Metal
Arrowhead, Tamarack and Timberline offer three examples of this developing direction, each exploring the relationship between technical construction and expressive detail.
OGI Fall 2026 eyewear
// Model Arrowhead //
Arrowhead introduces a strong graphic presence, using clean metal lines, angular proportions and carefully positioned colour to give its architectural shape greater depth.
Precision-milled construction keeps the frame refined, while subtle contrasts add personality without overwhelming its structured character.

OGI Fall 2026 eyewear
// Model Tamarack//
Tamarack takes a softer approach, balancing precise metal construction with rounded proportions, surface detailing and expressive colour combinations.
Carefully placed accents bring lightness to the design, allowing the frame to feel distinctive while retaining the clarity and craftsmanship of OGI’s modern metal language.

OGI Fall 2026 eyewear
// Model Timberline//
Timberline completes the trio with a bold interpretation of OGI’s metal direction, combining geometric lines, layered finishes and subtle chromatic contrasts.
Strong proportions create visual confidence, while the interaction between colour, surface and structure makes the frame feel more expressive, personal and distinctly OGI.

A More Expressive Kind of Precision
For independent optical professionals, the collection offers another way to introduce colour without relying exclusively on acetate. The metal constructions retain their clarity and refinement while providing enough visual distinction to appeal to wearers looking for something more individual.
That balance is central to OGI’s wider design philosophy. Rather than following trends for their own sake, the Minnesota-born brand continues to develop eyewear around individuality, craftsmanship and the changing personal styles of the people who wear it.
With Fall 2026, metal becomes less about restraint alone and more about possibility: precise enough to feel architectural, colourful enough to feel human and distinctive enough to earn its place within the independent optical practice.
