Blackfin sunwear collection 2026:Â Material First, Form Follows
For Spring Summer 2026, Blackfin expands its sunwear direction with three new designs, Iron Harbor, Coronado, and Sandy Hook, each milled from a single block of titanium. This approach defines everything. Instead of forcing shape onto material, the collection allows form to emerge naturally, guided by depth, structure, and subtle transitions.
The result is a series of titanium sunglasses by Blackfin that feel inevitable in their geometry. Surfaces shift, contours reveal themselves, and carefully applied gradients introduce nuance without overpowering the structure. It is a balance where technology and craftsmanship move together, not against each other.
Where Depth Becomes Identity
In both Iron Harbor and Coronado, the front construction moves across two distinct planes, creating a striking shape within a shape.
Iron Harbor expresses this with a more squared, architectural stance, while Coronado introduces a softer, rounded interpretation.
At the bridge, something shifts. There is a layered effect, almost as if a secondary structure floats above the frame, creating depth that feels spatial rather than decorative.
