Dilli Dalli Variable Fit
ClearVision’s Dilli Dalli expands variable fit selection with larger sizes in pediatric adjustable eyewear
When a pediatric frame program listens to opticians, the result is not cosmetic. It is structural.
ClearVision’s Dilli Dalli continues to refine its Variable Fit concept, responding directly to demand for larger eye sizes and greater adjustability. The latest release introduces three new models in sizes 46, 48 and 50, extending the brand’s already comprehensive pediatric offering.
Designed for Real-World Fit Challenges
Children’s eyewear is rarely one-size-fits-all. Facial anatomy varies dramatically, and achieving both comfort and stability often requires more than a standard bridge and temple length. Dilli Dalli’s Variable Fit program addresses this head-on with four interchangeable bridges, Small, Medium, Large and Wide, along with two bridge placement options, High or Low.
Adjustability continues at the temple, where sliding tips allow length customization. The size 46 model introduces a new shorter adjustable temple length, developed specifically for younger wearers needing improved balance without compromising comfort.
The collection also incorporates the brand’s updated IntelliFlex™ 3 Hinges, an evolution of its proprietary hinge technology designed to withstand the daily realities of active kids. Rubber temple tips and no-slip bridges further enhance wearability, while one free Spare Parts Kit is included with every three Variable Fit frames purchased in an initial order.
Three New Models, Expanded Possibilities
Jellybean, a unisex rounded square in size 48, introduces playful colorways including Crystal Glitter and Purple Glitter, alongside Ocean Blue and Red. The crystal option was added by customer request, reinforcing the brand’s responsive development process.

Muffin, a butterfly shape in size 46, brings softer styling for younger girls. Glitter details accent the temples, and the new shorter adjustable temple length supports smaller facial proportions. Color options include Crystal Glitter, Pink Glitter, Lilac and Aqua Blue.

Snickers, a rectangular shape in size 50, expands the offering for older kids or those needing broader coverage. Available in Black, Brown Tortoise, Crystal and Navy Blue, the model delivers versatility without sacrificing structure.

Built with Pediatric Expertise
Dilli Dalli was developed alongside pediatric specialists and inspired directly by parents navigating the realities of children in glasses. With more than 295 SKUs, the brand positions itself as one of the most extensive pediatric eyewear collections available, shaped by over a decade of continuous refinement.
Frames are crafted from tested materials including SoftTouchâ„¢ hypoallergenic material, ensuring safety and comfort for sensitive skin. The emphasis is clear, durability, adaptability and precision come first, aesthetics follow close behind.
