BOLD XXL is always evolving and this year is no exception. The organisers are excited to feature an impressive array of 360 brands and 147 exhibitors, many with striking displays in the Brabanthallen. But it’s not just about the familiar names. They are introducing new talents to keep platform fresh and innovative, making this show a key destination for both established and up-and-coming stars in the optics industry.
The upcoming event has found a new home at the Brabanthallen, a venue known for its perfect logistics and central location. This location is ideal for accommodating our anticipated guests from The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. With a massive hall spanning over 9,000 m2, the Brabanthallen ensures ample space for displays, eliminating the heat issues we experienced last year. Truly, this move is a testament to their commitment to providing an enhanced experience for all attendees.
BOLD XXL: A spectacle of spectacles
This edition will be buzzing with activities such as the spectacular dance show on the Bold Stage, presented by Annaliese Dayes, a renowned London radio presenter, British Next Top Model contestants and fashion blogger. In collaboration with Maarten Weidema from TEF Magazine, she will conduct live interviews with attendees and exhibitors, infusing the event with a distinctive, lively atmosphere. The fair promises an array of activities, with a unique mix of entertainment and real-time reporting, making it a must-attend event.

A new and larger venue has been found for Bold Optical Fair. The next edition of the Dutch optical event will take place at the “Brabanthallen” in Den Bosch on 8 and 9 September 2024. With this move, BOLD XXL not only increases the space for exhibitors but also offers numerous advantages for visitors. The Brabanthallen, with more than 4,000 parking spaces, allows visitors to visit the fair easily and comfortably. The indoor climate in September in this new venue will also be more pleasant, improving the overall experience for all attendees.
"The industrial backdrop of an old (and massive) train factory, created the perfect contrast between design, fashion and architecture. This historical stage welcomed approximately 2.750 eyecare professionals, mostly from The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, but even from countries outside of Europe, like The United States."
In addition, Den Bosch is a wonderful city to visit. known for its historical charm and vibrant atmosphere, and also offers a great opportunity for a weekend getaway.
