100% Optical // Priority bookings CPD sessions now live

CPD session bookings at 100% Optical are now open (3rd January) for AOP members. Priority access for delegates that registered in advance will be live from 9th January, ahead of sessions being available for all remaining visitors to 100% Optical to book on 11th January.

As part of its ongoing show enhancements and taking into account exhibitor and visitor feedback, 100% Optical announced this new process for delegates to book their places at the hugely popular CPD sessions during the show. In addition, 30% of session availability is being held back for walk-ups on the days of the exhibition, to avoid double bookings and make it fairer for all attending the UK’s largest optical event.

A world-class education programme including 140 CPD sessions will once again be delivered from 25th-27th February 2023 at ExCeL London in collaboration with the AOP, the event’s long standing partner.

Dr Ian Beasley, AOP head of education and Optometry Today clinical editor, commented: “The education programme for 2023 has been designed to keep pace with an ever-changing clinical landscape, with a range of content on themes such as: advances in imaging; contemporary management of myopia; the role of artificial intelligence; enhanced services; and how to embed sustainability measures into the practice workflow.”

With content commissioned to meet the needs of all practitioner types, the sessions will include keynote lectures, discussion workshops, peer reviews and interactive poster trails across 11 different hubs. Key topics will feature myopia management, advances in clinical imaging, including the role of artificial intelligence, and dry eye disease.
