TEFtalkLONDON // Tens Eyewear

At 100% Optical, the eyewear show in London, we had a talk with Louise from Tens Eyewear. An upcoming brand by three photographers who were on a trip in the Scottish highlands, and saw how dull the world looked through their eyes and how amazing it looked through the filters of their camera lenses. How great it would be if we could show the world through their uplifting lenses by embedding that filter into great eyewear.. Be amazed!

About Tens Eyewear

When three photographers were driving through the Highlands in search of sunshine, they came up with the idea for Tens. You might not think of sunglasses and Scotland as the perfect match, but that’s sort of the point. Developed by photographers (Marty, Tom & Kris) thought it would be cool to take the rich, warm colours, they added to their photos and apply them to real life. And so, countless rounds of prototypes and one crowdfunding campaign later, Tens came to life.

Nowadays, Tens is a lens experience company. Their custom filter lenses immerse you in a world reminiscent of a distinct time, place or feeling – an experience you’ll want to revisit time and time again. Each lens is forged by our background in photography combined with the optical expertise of our development team based in Lyon, France.
