As the birthplace of modern and experimental architecture, designer and creative director Nirvan Javan was strongly influenced by Chicago’s architectural diversity, which is clearly reflected in the creations of SHADES OF CHICAGO: The three different stainless steel models impress with fine lines and subtle design in a classic retro look. The sun models are available in the four classic colors BLACK, ROSE GOLD, GOLD and SILVER. Refined with high-quality ZEISS lenses, NIRVAN JAVAN continues to pursue a purist, elegant approach and lends every wearer a touch of Chicago.

The current collection includes 20 acetate models, available in up to seven colors. In autumn 2018, a furthers six high-quality stainless steel designs in four matt color tones were added to the NIRVAN JAVAN EYEWEAR. At the OPTI 19, five new sunglasses designs will also be unveiled. Like the previous collections, the current range is characterised by a color choice that can be described as „unobtrusively elegant.” From the point of view of the de- signer, this draws the attention to the unique appearance of the wearer. The pure, aesthetic elegance of the glasses act like a perfect frame for the face.
