The Equipment Hub will be our largest yet with over 20 suppliers present and Topcon, Mainline Instruments, Hanson Instruments, Visionix, Eyoto and Diopsys new for 2019. Visitors will get to demo new equipment whilst quizzing experts about the science and latest technological advances.
20/20 Catwalk Fashion Shows
On Sunday, our junior models are back by popular demand and will be modelling new junior frames live on the catwalk.
Saturday late night party sponsored by William Morris – The annual Saturday night opening party with live entertainment and flowing cocktails gives visitors and exhibitors the chance to network informally within the central bar until 9pm before heading to the Rockaoke party run by SeeAbility at the Fox Pub.
2020 Vison in Motion
This year’s RCA design competition which celebrates the extraordinary talent of next generation designers will be judged live on the main stage on Sunday 13 January at 12.45.
The optical academy’s very own Oscars, the AOP awards, will recognise the highest level of achievement in optics on Sunday 13 January when winners will be announced at a Gala dinner that evening.

100% Optical is launching a brand new Eyewear Week running from 7 – 13 January to help save the high street and raise the profile of the most important fashion accessory there is. Get involved by snapping a selfie wearing your favourite specs and taking part in the shop window competition using the #EyewearWeek and #loveeyewear hashtags. A wall of the best selfies will be displayed at 100% Optical to inspire and celebrate some of our favourite eyewear.
