Mad in… Milan, Riccione and Venice:

Mad in Italy has chosen Milan to dress those who go to the office, proposing the metal Pastin and Sopressa models. Then through the streets of Riccione with Porchetta, a fully feminine shape with delicate colors. The gondola ride in Venice was conceived with the Zafferano and Alloro frames from the Mad in Italy Up line, in nylon.

Cortina, Palermo and Capri:

Mad in… Cortina to experience the Dolomite mountains with the Cotto and Crudo models, unisex shapes made in metal. The allure of Palermo is proposed with the elegant Bresaola frame. The transparency of the sea in Capri is linked to the Salvia model with iridescent colors for the Mad in Italy Up collection.

Peculiar names are used that take their cue from Italian cold meats for the six metal models of the Mad in Italy line. Pastin, Sopressa, Porchetta, Cotto, Crudo and Bresaola have galvanic colors and Havana texture obtained through an artisanal process called aluminum transfer. They are distinguished by clean lines, thanks to the use of a particularly slim wire, but the width is sufficient to allow for mounting the higher prescriptions. The temples are also very elegant, in both the all-metal version and the version with the end tips in acetate.

The three nylon frames in the Mad in Italy Up line take their name from the spices that give flavor to Italian cuisine. Alloro (laurel), Salvia (sage) and Zafferano (saffron) are colorful and light, but at the same time strong with the temples screwed onto the front and the lens that guarantees the hold of the nose pads without using glue or screws.

Mad in Italy will be present at the following events to present the new products: Vision Expo West in Las Vegas from September 27 to 29 booth G 21004, Silmo Paris from September 28 to October 1 Hall 5a booth D060, the new Copenhagen Specs in Berlin from October 20 to 21 booth 46, the Hong Kong Optical Fair from November 7 to 9 booth GH-C33, and lastly, the Dubai Optical Show from November 13 to 15, 2018 booth B112.
